The Science & Technology Sub-Committee of SwissCham Singapore invites you to a discussion on leveraging intra-preneurship and spin-offs as strategic approaches to foster innovation while maintaining corporate alignment. This event will explore how Swiss companies can empower teams or carve out ventures to develop ASEAN-specific solutions efficiently.

Abstract

Swiss companies with strong European roots often develop their R&D and products for familiar markets, yet the ASEAN region presents different requirements and business dynamics. This gap can lead to missed opportunities or even product-market mismatches. While setting up a full-fledged R&D operation in Singapore is an option, it may not be feasible for all companies within existing corporate structures. This event seeks to address this challenge.
