Integration and Strategies

Explore how innovative cyber-physical design processes – enabled by artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and complexity science – can inform the future of urban practice, with the [ACP], [EFF], and [SUE] modules.

Integration and Strategies | Future Cities Symposium & Exhibition 2025

The Integration and Strategies cluster focuses on the development of innovative cyber-physical design processes (cognitive, collaborative, participatory, digitally-enhanced) by which the forms, patterns and functions of settlement systems may be arranged in sustainable ways. In this session, representatives of each of the cluster modules – [ACP] Architectural Cognition in Practice, [EFF] Resource-Efficient Urban Intensification, and [SUE] Semantic Urban Elements – shares their research findings, innovative solutions, and outlook for the future of their fields.

Learn more about the Integration and Strategies cluster on its Engagement Platform cluster page.
